2024 Daily Meditation Challenge - Day 3

Today we explore the three lines of the body theory in Qigong. We spend 12 minutes in Qigong meditation, laying, sitting, or standing meditation focused on the three lines of the body. The first line is from the tailbone to the crown of the head, and the second line is across the shoulders and down both arms into the hands. The third line is across the hips and down both legs to the feet. In these three lines, we focus on relaxed engagement.
